Daily life is full of ups and downs. Most of us can manage these challenges pretty well, but sometimes we find ourselves feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope. We may feel sad and alone, stuck and unsure about what to do next. When our own attempts to handle life’s challenges aren't working, therapy can provide the support that we need to put us on the right track.
Therapy is a journey of looking inward as you move along a path towards greater self-awareness and insight. I want you to feel like yourself again: optimistic, confident, happy. I believe that the answer to sustained recovery and personal growth already lies within you: it only needs to be uncovered.

THE BASICS
I offer 45- or 60-minute Telehealth sessions on a weekly basis.
Telehealth sessions are available by telephone or video using a secure HIPAA-compliant platform known as Doxy.me.
Depending on your insurance plan, sessions will be scheduled either through Headway or Octave.
